Print Club Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the following:

• Cancellations made before the 26th of the month will take effect immediately — no further charges will be made.
• Cancellations made after the 26th will take effect the following month, as production for that month's print has already begun.

To cancel your subscription, manage this directly through your account. If any difficulties arise, feel free to contact me at YunoYillieShop@hotmail.com.

Original Art Prints

All original art prints are final sale. Due to the handcrafted and limited edition nature of each print, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at YunoYillieShop@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damage so we can look at it together and find the best solution. In most cases, I will send a replacement print at no extra cost. Your feedback helps me improve and is always appreciated.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Please note that this right does not apply to custom or personalised items, or to goods that are made to order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
